Having recently seen Kelly Goto speak at the Web Directions North Conference, I was inspired to buy this book (the significant conference discount didn’t hurt either). Her session was funny, informative and left me confident that the future would be filled with the user experience departments of my dreams. Web ReDesign 2.0, co-written by Emily Cotler, imbues the same spirit while keeping it’s own on practicality and actual usefulness in the work place.
Cover to cover with a few breaks for snacks and media, on an airplane, on my way to train staff in London to take over a web empire - that’s how I read this book. It was very compelling and no distraction was worthy of stopping my read for very long. Now, I am *really* into web project management so if you are primarily hot for cars, this might not apply to you.
